MegaFon offers service to identify conflicting interlocutors

MOSCOW, Aug 4 (PRIME) -- Russian mobile operator MegaFon has launched a service that analyses the tone of talk with the help of a machine learning system and identifies potentially conflicting interlocutors automatically, the company said on Wednesday in a statement.

“MegaFon offered a business solution that analyses the tone of talk. In the automatic mode, it identifies potentially conflicting conversations with clients and improves the quality of servicing,” MegaFon said.

The system, trained on 30,000 talks with a 750-hour length, carries out “a spectrum analysis of sound files and assesses fluctuations of the sound wave.” It reacts not to the loudness of the voice but its changes amid stress.
